The dealer is currently under renovation, therefore it is a bad time to review, with that said I do have to admit that they have tried to make it work with proper signs and comfortable porta potty. The biggest time is the amazing friendly staff, however there is a bit of lack in comfort while waiting, there is no where to sit not many snack selections. More

I would have rated them a Five-Star had my POC was courtesy enough to inform me that he was off on the day releasing the car prior to my arrival to pick up the car. The other issue was that their SOP courtesy enough to inform me that he was off on the day releasing the car prior to my arrival to pick up the car. The other issue was that their SOP on releasing their vehicle is that they must verify that the fund is in their bank account before they can release the vehicle. The dealership was going through a renovation and running their operation in a temporary trailer different from their original site so my uber driver took me to the Luther body shop and I had to walk around the car compound lot to get to their new operating sites after flying in from Baltimore. This could have been avoided if the POC had been kind enough to let me know that their current operating location was different than their original location. Once arrived, I was informed that my POC was off that day.... A saleslady greeted me and explained that they are working hard to verify that the fund is in their account so they can release the vehicle. I had a pre-approved loan from the USAA and had a wire transfer tracer number. I used the USAA loans for many different cars, including some new cars, and almost every dealership released their vehicles once they had the USAA Dealer Funding Request signed and faxed into the USAA. I arrived at their sales office o/a 2pm and left the office o/a 5pm. Once they verified the fund, everything went through quickly and took less than 20 minutes before I was out of their lot. I really wonder what would have happened to me on the day if they could not have verified the fund for some reasons like having no electricity on the day…. More

Our experience was not at all customer focused. We had a specific vehicle in mind, and indicated that we'd be interested purchasing that same day. The salesperson was not prepared to answer questions on the vehicle. When we were ready to purchase we waited for Luis, the finance manager for about an hour. When it was our time to fill out the paperwork, Luis was impatient, never even said congratulations or thank you. When he realized the paperwork would be delayed due to a "systems" issue, he just told us to come back tomorrow. Upon arriving, we again waited for Luis, after 20 minutes, he walked over and said that he was going to have Lucas "check us out". Lucas, also never said, thank you, or showed any interest that we were customers. Rather he staired at his computer and pushed items towards me to sign. The only person that actually said hello, smiled and showed any interest was a female salesperson that helped us get our keys. I don't need to be showered with thanks; I do however believe that acknowledging a customers $40K+ purchase is appreciated. More

I was there to have a new key fob programed for my Genesis GV70. The whole service center was under construction; so, there were continuity issues which was expected.
