Excellent Customer Service My sales rep was Mr. Carroll. He was an excellent advisor and was very patient with me. I came to the dealership looking at one 2019 Honda Pilot and h My sales rep was Mr. Carroll. He was an excellent advisor and was very patient with me. I came to the dealership looking at one 2019 Honda Pilot and he found me another one that had more bells and whistles for less money. He was a pleasure to work with. The finance person was very helpful as well. He took his time and found the best option for me. Even calling my previous lender to see if they would work a deal as well.
