I wanted to get one in December and had ordered it in October. But the system showed end of January arrival (I guess Subaru can't make them fast enough). Then Randall called me on December 27 to tell me that a Forester with most of the options of my choice (and some extra options that I did not really need) arrived. We decided to take it and my wife can't be happier with our decision. Also want to thank Carroll Prince who handled the paperwork because Randall was out on delivery day. Carroll took his time to explain and demonstrate the car's features to my wife, which was very helpful. More

Carroll Prince was outstanding in making the whole process go through so smoothly and so pressureless, I was pinching myself to see if it was really a car dealership! Carroll Prince found exactly the color and options we needed, had that ready for us in a couple of days. He gave us a price that was even lower than what the Consumer Reports TruCar gave us a certificate for. He patiently went over all the features of the car, made sure that the leasing process was taken care of in the background while he is doing all these other things! Carroll Prince does things the old fashioned, honest, upfront way! He's gold in my opinion and made this while experience a very pleasant one. I would highly recommend them and Carroll! More

We wanted a plasma green hybrid touring crosstek which Subaru only produced a few hundred. Ryan was able to find the only one in the area at another Subaru dealership and had it transferred. We were very surprised to see the price of the crosstek was below the MSRP. The actual sale only took 45 minutes and was very enjoyable. Great sales team and no high pressure sales. More

I truly felt that it was Carroll's goal to ensure that I would be happy with the vehicle I selected and that I was satisfied with the price I paid for it. At no point did I feel that I was being pressured or given a run-around. Other personnel with whom I dealt also were very personable and professional in demeanor. Stohlman's facility in Tysons is clean and bright, and their service department is open until 9 pm on weekdays! This was my first Subaru and my first visit to Stohlman, and for the first time in memory, I actually enjoyed the new car purchase experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Stohlman, and Carroll Prince specifically, to anyone contemplating a new car purchase. More

This was my second Subaru purchased at Stohlman Subaru. I selected Stohlman for my first purchase because of the location in Tyson's Corner and I could get a ride to my office when the car was serviced - it selected Stohlman for my first purchase because of the location in Tyson's Corner and I could get a ride to my office when the car was serviced - it was very convenient. Because of my overall satisfaction with the company in all aspects, I returned to them to purchase my newest Subaru, a 2014 XV Crosstrek even though I no longer work in Tyson's. I worked with Carroll Prince for both purchases, it was easy, pleasant and I know I can call him or drop by to see him if I have any followup questions. We selected a car, it was prepped, and before I knew it, I was on my way. I can recommend their professionalism in both sales and service. More
