From the time that Jeff contacted me about continuing with the Roush Honda family as my lease ended to signing my leasing paperwork, they provided a costumer-focused experience. Jeff wasn't pushy, but rather listened to what I was looking for and exceeded expectations. I will absolutely go through him again in the future or if we are looking to add to our fleet of Hondas in the family. Also, Karen was fantastic. Efficient, thorough, and a kind personality that makes the entire paperwork process easy . Finally, Casey is a consummate pro. He remembered our conversation from the first time I shopped at Roush (3 years ago) and made it a point to stop by and see me again. With all the customers that they have coming through there, this showed that the Roush Honda family is just that, family. Definitely recommend! More

Another good purchasing experience at Roush Honda. Cameron followed up on my interest on a Honda vehicle. He was able to answer my questions regarding the Costco car buyer discount program. Quickly informed me when the specific model and color of vehicle arrived at the dealership. Was able to provide the financial numbers on the vehicle and accessories. When there was a question on the trade-in, he was able to involve management to resolve the issue. Overall Cameron did well in providing all the needed information and was able to make my purchase possible. I've also worked with Sam when I was looking at vehicles over the last several years ago. He really helped and put me at ease. Everyone at this dealership is polite and attentive. I really liked that they shopped for the financing that best suits me rather than only use Honda Financing like other car dealers have done. More
