We were so happy to have found Casey at Lexus of Sarasota! We were sleuthing around to find the exact car and color combo we wanted and contacted Casey at Sarasota Lexus after speaking with Lexus C Sarasota! He went above and beyond, along with his inventory manager, to acquire the car from a New Jersey dealership for us. It was a good experience and we got the exact car we wanted! We are thrilled!! More

Poor communication throughout the entire process. Initially talked with Mark about seeing the car, and when I arrived was handed off to Casey. Casey was about the only highlight in the process. Spec sheet had incorrect mileage and listed the vehicle as CPO. During the signing, we find out the car is not CPO. The finance team utilizes the sales team as an intermediary for negotiations, making the process as arduous as possible. Talk to a financial manager, get an extended warranty included, as they admit the lack of CPO is their mistake. Fine, satisfied with the price and with the compensatory extended warranty offer. They ask if we have financing, we say yes, and that we prefer to go through our bank, sales team, and finance team up front, stating, "let us pull some numbers, we guarantee we can beat the bank's rate". Go to the last finance person, Mike. Starts adding additional dealer "coverages" and add-ons without asking for approval, shows total price (which is higher than what was negotiated with the previous finance person). After having to tell him to remove all non-previously agreed to additions repeatedly, I ask how much better a rate they can offer than my bank. Mike states the negotiated price is contingent on the loan being through them. I tell him that was not part of the agreement, and he states that he has the final say. With the rate being the same as our bank offered, I begrudgingly agree to the rate. To add final insult to injury, the dealership charged the tax for the extended warranty they offered to include due to their error. We get in the car to leave, the experience taking over 5 hours from arriving to closing, and come to find out the car is missing the owner's manual. Again, the only positive in the whole experience was Casey, who offered to replace the missing book. OTD price being over $60k with a luxury brand, the entire experience was way off the mark, would only shop here again under dire circumstances, and frankly would pay a higher APR not to deal with the finance department again. They have their cars prices at a decent price however the amount of fee they charge really makes it no point at all! Their "Doc Fee" was more than the taxes on the car. I love Lexus but I'm not sure about this dealership. They will make contact fast; however, it's all downhill from there. Devyn a so called manger tried to come in and close a deal for Casey on two different cars and was no help at all! In one of his messages he stated that we changed to this NX because I wanted to stay under a certain number. To start I never stated I wanted to stay under a specific number (a good sales man always listens) I just stated what I wanted to pay for that specific vehicle. Even though he says we... We in fact didn't do anything I simply picked another car on my own after he tried to offer me a base NX. The car is a graduation gift that I was going to already have to have the car shipped, and he could only offer 100 dollars off on a CASH DEAL stating he didn't have money to take off. Not let me see what I can do or talk to his SR manger just 100 dollars. Yea it's a pass for me. More

I live in Naples Florida about 100 miles south of Lexus of Sarasota. I drove for 1 1/2 hours past two other Lexus dealers to buy from them. Why? Mainly because of Casey Brucato in their sales department. T of Sarasota. I drove for 1 1/2 hours past two other Lexus dealers to buy from them. Why? Mainly because of Casey Brucato in their sales department. There were certain things that we were looking for in our new Lexus. The right colors, the convenience and technology packages and AWD. Casey and his manager found the exact car that we were looking for, in North Carolina no less, and had it shipped to Sarasota so we could buy it! Casey went out of his way to answer all of my questions and to arrange our financing. Shout out also to Kenny Clark in the finance department for his help. Kenny not only got us a competitive loan, he put together a warrantee package that fit our needs. All in all it was a great buying experience and we love our new Lexus RX 350! More

I brought my vehicle in for dent repair, and I was told the work had been completed — but when I inspected the car, nothing had been touched. The dent was still there, exactly as it was when I dropped it off. No explanation, no apology, just a false statement that the job was done. It’s extremely frustrating to be misled and waste time, especially when I expected the same level of professionalism I experienced from the sales team. I hope management addresses this issue so others don’t face the same problem. More
