Great place! I have been a customer of Mercedes Benz of Annapolis since 1997. I just acquired my fourth car from them and I love it! My salesman was Casey Duffy. I have been a customer of Mercedes Benz of Annapolis since 1997. I just acquired my fourth car from them and I love it! My salesman was Casey Duffy. He is a great listener! Everything that I mentioned, he made sure was on the car he found for me. He took time to explain the features that were new, called me to see if I liked the car, and told me to call him with any questions. Buying a car from this dealer is fun! I love the fact that the manager, Mike introduced himself and asked if there was anything that I needed. The financial manager, Dustin, was extremely helpful. The receptionist remembered my name when I returned a few days later. This dealership shows respect, professional friendliness, and appreciation for your business. I like that! More

Best Car Buying Experience My husband and I recently bought a CPO C250 from MB Annapolis, and we could not be more happy with our purchase and experience. About a year and a hal My husband and I recently bought a CPO C250 from MB Annapolis, and we could not be more happy with our purchase and experience. About a year and a half ago we bought a GLK 250 BlueTec and had such a great experience, we went back for more. We worked with Casey Duffy both times, and cannot say enough good things about him. Good customer service is extremely important to me and the customer service at both the Sales and Service center at MB Annapolis cannot be beat. The experience is really about the customer and the customer's satisfaction rather than just selling a car. We were looking at multiple CPO vehicles, and rather than pushing the more expensive vehicle, Casey helped us decide which car was best for us based on the vehicle itself rather than price, which ended up being the vehicle that was less expensive. This really showed us he wasn't focused on making a sale and his won satisfaction, but rather making sure we were happy. We went to another MB center one time for service because we happened to be in another town, and we will never go back because Annapolis is above and beyond the experiences we've had elsewhere. They've spoiled us and now we refuse to go anywhere else. Thanks Casey! More

After deciding exactly what interior and exterior color of the MB that I wanted, I searched online and found it at Annapolis. I then submitted a web inquiry and sales person, Casey Duffy got back to me wi of the MB that I wanted, I searched online and found it at Annapolis. I then submitted a web inquiry and sales person, Casey Duffy got back to me within minutes providing me with answers to my questions. He also promised to follow up with photos of the car which were not yet posted online. He followed up without having to ask. We then made mutual arrangements to see the vehicle as I lived over two hours away. He lined up parts and a service appointment for the installation of extras. Casey was knowledgable and friendly and made the overall process a pleasure. We got everything accomplished in one day so that I did not have to drive all the way back. Although, I did not get the color or model car that I wanted, I made the decision to opt for the best deal. Subsequently, I left the dealership feeling and believing that I received the best deal for my wanted, I made the decision to opt for the best deal. Subsequently, I left the dealership feeling and believing that I received the best deal for my present circumstance, and, for that I am grateful, Casey worked with me all day and ,literally, bent over backwards to ensure that I was satisfied. On Friday, 3-1-13, I left the dealership driving a "Special Edition" Smart car; plus, I received some cash in return. Can't beat that. For some reason, this little car still gets a lot of attention, especially from men. Also, I live right across the street from a middle school, and when the children were released from jail, I mean school, they showed a great deal of fascination for this little yellow car with black wheels. Casey, and the Mercedes team, I am so appreciative and grateful for my "special Edition" Smart model. Thank you sooooooooooooooo much! More

I had most of my contact with Casey over a period of months because I knew, in the summer of 2012, that I wanted to wait for the 2013 model helpful. Casey prompted me when it was time to order and monitored the journey from Germany to Annapolis. He was most helpful in explaining the operation of all the bells and whistles on the car. Tom was quick and accurate. We enjoy the same cigars and a sip of Gran Marnier. The overall experience was excellent. More
