Casey was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. When I mentioned that I might get a higher amount for my trade-in vehicle from Car-max, Casey went on-line and got me a better trade from concerns. Casey took extra time to find me the specific vehicle that met my needs even thought the price was lower on that vehicle than others I considered. Drew came and introduced himself and told me to call him with any issues I might have now or in the future. He answered various questions and provided names of specific individuals I could deal with regarding service of my newly purchased vehicle. I spent the past 6 weeks looking at and driving all types of cars and never thought of a smart car before seeing an online add and did some research and then contacted the nearest dealership. I was a little bit hesitant at first to contact through the internet since my experience in previous weeks resulted in being inundated with spam-like emails. So I took one last try and was lucky enough to be referred to Casey Duffy and Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis. Our life experiences travel in circles and i cannot tell you how many times I drove by this dealership or filled up at that gas station across the street! Full circle indeed. Casey and I spoke on the phone and I explained that my credit union had re-approved me but since it was Saturday i wasn't sure if I should come down since I probably could finish the deal if I liked the car. But you know what.. I didn't have to worry, Casey explained that I should apply online (and he walked me through the process) for financing anyway and I might get a better deal. Okay, I said, but very apprehensive. He calls back and says I was approved for financing through Mercedes Benz for the smart car and it was much better than what my credit union offered. wow!!! Then he offered to pick me up in Mt Vernon and bring me down to test drive and I found that I couldn't say no. Casey is so endearing and it is infectious, I was excited that I would be driving home! When I arrived, I was greeted by Dustin and his wonderful sweaters (i returned a few days later) who briefly explained the terms of my approval and then Tom Stancavage who reviewed my options in a kind and relaxed manner and totally convinced me to buy instead of lease. I felt that there was a concerted effort by the whole team to make the process relaxed and effective and to have me leave satisfied and happy. I could be dreaming, its true Really, such nice people!!! I feel now that even with my smart (Diamler) car, i am part of the Mercedes-Benz family. Watch OUT! The Maybach is next! Thank you all for making this purchase, during a very tough time in my life, so easy and successful. I appreciate all the effort everyone put into my time at your dealership. I have previously owned 7 Mercedes over the years and I was moving from my 5th 500 CL to my next vehicle. Casey Duffy did a fantastic job of letting me test drive 4 seperate vehicles over the period of a week. He was informative , knowledgeable and knew all their options and their respective prices. I settled on a 550 SL CPO vehicle and am extremly happy. Thank you Casey. Michael Herron was very helpful since I selected a CPO vehicle. He knew the history of the car and knew all that were available in the region and their respective prices. He negotiated a very fair deal with me. Dustin Howard is the finance manager and acquired financing at a rate that was below what was actually advertised. He was helpful with the extended warranty which I purchased along with prepaid maintenance up to the 40,000 mile service. To any person reading this ,it was a great deal and I highly recommend it. After the purchase I stopped by with some questions ,my salesman was off that day so Mike Scherl helped me . He was great in showing me all the new tricks I did not know about the Navigation system, phone, and the whole command center. Thanks Mike. Respectfully , A 35 year vetran of owning Benz's. More

Even though we were most certainly not their biggest sale of the month, everyone at the dealership treated my wife and me like we were their only customers. Had never owned a Mercedes but have reached a point in my live where I wanted one. After considerable internet research, I selected the Annapolis dealership because of their high ratings from independent live where I wanted one. I found a car that was what I was looking for in their existing inventory on their web-site. I contacted the dealership using the email method provided on the web-site. I immediately received a reply from Casey Duffy and I quickly made the decision to visit the dealership and test drive the vehicle. Casey made the buying experience incredibly pleasurable (and I typically hate the car buying experience.) He was of course very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles, the difference between models, etc. Casey’s knowledge of the difference models, and a total “Non pressure” sales manner led me to buy a higher end model…and I am glad I did. THANKS CASEY. The finance experience with Tom Stancavage was equally agreeable. All the various options, add-ons, etc were explained clearly, with brevity and without pressure. The nuts and bolts of my deal were laid out in a clear and understanding manner. The only problem I now have is my wife fell in love with the SL 550 in the showroom. Maybe I get to repeat the experience sometime soon ! More

My dad and I worked briefly with Casey Duffy back in March and had an amazing experience, so when we were ready to get a new car last week, we knew that he was the one we wanted to work with--not only d March and had an amazing experience, so when we were ready to get a new car last week, we knew that he was the one we wanted to work with--not only did he remember us, but he actually came in on his day off just to meet with us. It was clear to us that he was genuinely interested in finding us the right car at the right price as opposed to someone interested only in making a sale; he was patient with us every step of the way and really made us feel comfortable at the dealership. And as we worked through the financial aspects of buying a car, Dustin was great in making all of the financial particulars transparent (his computer screen was always turned toward us) so that we knew exactly what we were paying for and understood everything. It's nice to know that we have a dealership that we can turn to where the salespeople are more interested in the people than the sales. More
