They make sure customers are taken care of quickly -- no waiting around. Casey was very patient and knowledgeable. He spent a great deal of time with me on my three visits, answering all of my questions. I made it clear to Casey during my first trip to the dealership that I was not there to purchase a vehicle, but rather comparison shopping with other makes. Casey in no way treated me any differently knowing I wasn't there to purchase that first day. Overall, the staff members with whom I worked directly - Casey Duffy, Drew Litherland, and Tom Stancavage - took very good care of me! I could not be more pleased with the service and the deal I received. Thank you, guys! I look forward to a long relationship with those at Mercedes of Annapolis! More

We had such a great experience at Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. We had visited another Mercedes Benz dealership the day before and didn't have a pleasurable experience, so we weren't sure what to expec Annapolis. We had visited another Mercedes Benz dealership the day before and didn't have a pleasurable experience, so we weren't sure what to expect. However, we got a great first impression of Mercedes Benz of Annapolis from our sales rep, Casey Duffy. He was personable and explained everything to us. He wasn't too aggressive or pushy, but calm and relaxed as he walked us through each process. The dealership had an excellent sale going on the day we bought the vehicle so we were able to get our 2010 E350 at a great price and low interest rate. The financing rep, Tom Stancavage, was funny and honest with us. He was transparent in showing us how we could get the lowest monthly payment. As a parting gift, they gave us two Mercedes Benz key chains and a pen. During the process my husband and I mentioned how hungry we were, so Casey gave us a card to a local seafood restaurant in the area. I highly recommend this dealership to other consumers. More

Excellent experience! This was the first Mercedes-Benz I have purchased, and Casey made the experience worry free. Casey was up front and honest at all times. He knew I was looking at several different ve have purchased, and Casey made the experience worry free. Casey was up front and honest at all times. He knew I was looking at several different vehicles and Mercedes was not originally my first choice. He did not pressure me to buy Mercedes, but kept me informed of availability of the car I wanted. He informed me of the USAA Car Buying incentives, and there was no hastle or discussion on price. Casey spent the time looking for the exact car I wanted, did not presure me, and made sure I was happy with it before driving off the lot. Other thant he fact it is a great car, in the end, I bought a Mercedes because of the incentives USAA had for the E-class. I bought it from Mercedes-benz of Annapolis because of the friendly service Casey provided. I had pre-approved financing with USAA, but Casey and Michelle worked with their bank, and they were able to get me a better rate on the same loan. When I picked up the car, everything was explained in explicit detail, and they both made sure I left with a smile and no questions. I will recommend Mercedes-benz of Annapolis to anyone interested in a Mercedes. More
