Casey made sure the mechanics took care of the noise my car was making. At first I took it to another Kia dealer and they did nothing for me. Casey ordered the parts my car needed which was still under war car was making. At first I took it to another Kia dealer and they did nothing for me. Casey ordered the parts my car needed which was still under warranty. The first part didn’t completely solve the issue so he made another recommendation and didn’t stop until it was fixed. Thanks to his persistence he was able to suppress the noise entirely. Made the process so easy with scheduling and overall stress free. Really appreciate him helping me out! More
