Beyond Satisfaction Anthony Capwell cheerfully greeted my husband and I as we arrived at the Service area to have a flat tire replaced. Instead of replacing the tire, Anthony Capwell cheerfully greeted my husband and I as we arrived at the Service area to have a flat tire replaced. Instead of replacing the tire, we ended up with a new Hyundai Kona much to our satisfaction and surprise. Crown Hyundai will not repair a used car that is still under warranty because they say the previous owner had the 02 sensor replace with an aftermarket one, while under warranty!! Wants to charge 500 to replace the 02 sensor after less than 2 weeks of ownership. Dirty disgusting xxxxbags hung up on my daughter in law after telling her she should have bought a new car. Avoid!! Shady. More
