Beyond Satisfaction Anthony Capwell cheerfully greeted my husband and I as we arrived at the Service area to have a flat tire replaced. Instead of replacing the tire, Anthony Capwell cheerfully greeted my husband and I as we arrived at the Service area to have a flat tire replaced. Instead of replacing the tire, we ended up with a new Hyundai Kona much to our satisfaction and surprise.
