Couldn’t say enough good things about Casey Patton & Chase Blaine. This is my second purchase from these two (first was at a different dealership) & I was even more satisfied than the first time. They're the BEST. I called different states and lots of dealerships here in Texas and the only one that treated me with respect and honesty was Bill Utter Ford. I came in last week to purchase a vehicle for a unique circumstance. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Casey Patterson, who was eager to assist but with a very laid back and humble app circumstance. The vehicle I came in to see was unavailable, but Casey, Jacob and their team were quick to locate & secure the same trim level from a nearby dealership. Toronto Spikes and Justin Custis were extremely professional during the entire transaction. I feel Justin went above and beyond to get the finance structured to accomplish my overall goal. I cannot say enough about the empathy displayed by the staff and their ability to help resolve our dilemma. More

I live 5 minutes from another Ford dealership but I drive the extra 20 to Bill Utter because of the customer service I receive. I just bought many new truck from Utter and couldn’t be happier.
