I told him I would see him around noon. My girlfriend and our kids were with us, and when we arrived, we were starving. I asked Casey if I could get a plate and give him a copy of my license and, of course, leave him my Vette, and we could take it to get lunch. He said not a problem. When we returned, is when Casey really shined. He was very good at making sure we were comfortable and had water. He was also very good and interactive with the kids. He got to work on my deal but always checking to make sure we had something to drink or if we needed anything. There were some minor issues with the truck that Casey immediately got figured out, and the whole experience was 2-3 hours long. One of my best and fastest experiences at a dealership yet.
