Very professional We went to other dealerships and they had an attitude. They thought they were doing us a favor for allowing us to buy a car from them. One dealership actually sold the car we were buying and didn’t tell us. When we went to pick up the car they tried giving us a different car. Ed Morse Cadillac of Delray Beach made buying a car a pleassure. Paul Betteridge followed up and made sure everything was right and Alan Berkowitz was so pleasant and went out of his way to please us. Great service at service department due to Kasey Brought my 2016 CTS V in for front tires, at the time of service I pointed out a defect in my steering wheel to the advisor on hand, he said he couldn Brought my 2016 CTS V in for front tires, at the time of service I pointed out a defect in my steering wheel to the advisor on hand, he said he couldn't help me . He was not the advisor I was set up to meet but he grabbed me coming through the door. Shortly after my advisor Kasey showed up, took my car in for the two front tires that I was purchasing and also took the time to look at my steering wheel and explained to me that yes it is defective and is covered under my bumper to bumper warranty. He then handled the whole situation seamlessly. I will forever go back there and deal with Kasey . Kasey is 5 star service. More
