It was done the next day as well as several other issues that he brought to my attention. I was grateful to have it fixed as quickly as it was. More

We asked for a loaner and it was waiting and the work was done cheerfully and on a timely basis! We dealt with Stacey and she's a Winner . We also met Casey and we were Very Pleased, We are looking forward to our next Service Date! More

Amazing! I just moved here from Las Vegas NV and now live in Alexandria MN. I drive to St Cloud to get my car serviced because I wouldn't have it any other way I just moved here from Las Vegas NV and now live in Alexandria MN. I was ridiculously late for my appointing this past Saturday and not only did they fit me in... They were extremely polite, nice and even called to ensure I was okay. More

They have always taking care of me and never overcharged I have had all my maintains done here and have all ways have been treated fair and never over charged. I even ask them to change the oil for me and use special high mileage oil and Wix oil filter, not a problem. Everyone is super nice and they get the work done in the time frame they allow. More

So good the experience has gotten pleasantly boring! Took the 2013 Pilot in for its routine service and tire rotation and as usual no surprises. Service Advisor Casey Van Dorn greeted me by name before I even reached the service desk, walked me outside to go around the vehicle and ensure any questions or concerns I had were addressed. Interestingly, the only concern I had was a torn cup holder (rubber/silicone gasket in console designed to hold cup securely) which Casey later advised would be covered under Honda's warranty. Here's the bottom line for anyone reading this review - I have found Luther Honda House's service is so good that I would only be surprised if something caused me to give them less than five stars . . . and no, this is not a paid endorsement, just an actual finicky customer who appreciates excellent service and a good customer experience. If you own a Honda, let them service it - if you don't own a Honda, buy one from them. More

I needed an oil change and was coming to Luther to buy fluids for my Honda CRV. Even though it was Saturday and they were booked up they listened to my concerns and got me in and got my oil change done fo fluids for my Honda CRV. Even though it was Saturday and they were booked up they listened to my concerns and got me in and got my oil change done for me and recommended other service that was due soon but did not press. I found Casey and the girls at the desk (and a couple sales reps I visited with while waiting) to be the best customer experience I have had at any dealership I have ever visited. More
