Difficult to deal with. I had to beg for someone to call me. Dealer wanted to text me everything and I wasn't even sure who I was speaking to since it was a generic number. I had to beg for someone to call me. Dealer wanted to text me everything and I wasn't even sure who I was speaking to since it was a generic number. Car was dirty when I picked it up. Interior didn't look like it was vacuumed. The car smelled like smoke and there was ash throughout the vehicle. I now have to pay out of pocket to have the car detailed to remove the smell and dirt. Finance manager could not confirm all the documents I needed for pick up. I was driving 5 hrs each way, and when I asked if we had all proper documentation, the response seemed purposely very open ended, "this should be everything we need". If a customer is driving to pick up their vehicle, a confident "Yes we have all the proper documents" would be reassuring. Dealing with pricing and trade in was the smoothest part of the purchase.
