I appreciate their emailed reminders for routine maintenance, and they also emailed me last fall to come in for a complimentary winter preparation checkup... a great idea as the winters here can be a challenge for drivers! Very pleased with the cheerful and attentive service. Cassandra was very pleasant and helpful when I had the 100K service performed on my 2012 Outback.
