unsatisfactory I have been dealing with an oil consumption issue for over 12 months regarding my 2015 Forester. Last week my oil warning light illuminated 2406 miles I have been dealing with an oil consumption issue for over 12 months regarding my 2015 Forester. Last week my oil warning light illuminated 2406 miles before my next scheduled dealership oil change. I pulled over and called service at MHAG to seek advise and direction, ie, should I add oil or bring the vehicle into MHAG. I was informed that my situation " was not untypical". The following week an inspection by MHAG revealed no oil leaks. I was advised that oil warnings between oil changes on a vehicle still under warranty was investigated and it was suggested I contact the Subaru Corporation. As a repeat customer of MHAG I was expecting more support and assistance. More

Excellent Service with knowledgeable, friendly employees While traveling between Chicago and Marshall, Michigan, our Outback's oil warning light went on. We were greeted by Cassandra Westfall who understood that we needed immediate attention and made that happen. The service staff (sadly, I did not get their names) diagnosed the problem, assuring us that it was not serious, and got us underway in half an hour with no charge. That's a 5-Star dealership! More

Satisfied customer My 2017 Subaru forester's battery was failing after only 17 months. The company warranty was good for 3 years or 30,000 miles. My car has 60,000. The service manager agreed and replaced the battery at no charge. The decision aligned with the great service I've been receiving. I continue to be a very satisfied customer. More

Had an 8 am appointment and had my car back by 9:30. Great! I always make an appointment and am treated well. I love my Subaru and trust Maplehill. The online appointment schedule system was less than what I have come to expect from Maple Hill Subaru service. The person scheduling asked when I was wanting an appointment...but offered me something completely different; we discussed what I needed, but I had questions. She said she’d connect me to someone to discuss this with. That did not happen and the service call she ended up sending through was incomplete/incorrect. This might be convenient for the dealership, but not for me. It has not been the same since Rick Milbeck left...can you bring him back, please? More

Why Kzoo Subaru = Love of Customers All of the folks at MapleHill Auto Group are the reason Kzoo Subaru = Love of Customers, but my latest trip proves three of the staff, Cassandra, Rand All of the folks at MapleHill Auto Group are the reason Kzoo Subaru = Love of Customers, but my latest trip proves three of the staff, Cassandra, Randi, and Misty, are especially customer-centered, professional, and personable. Sure I just dropped in for an oil change and explained I had plenty of time, but I got to enjoy some quality me time because the location allowed me to walk, on a lovely day, to my bank and to eat a quick, late lunch before relaxing in the lounge with a cup of Vermont Maple coffee. The service folks explained how well my car was working and prepped it for a trip to NC where I'm enjoying a holiday. Thanks everyone. I'm feeling the love . . . 700 miles away! More
