Curry Nissan will be my only go to dealership. I cannot thank Cassidy Laramee enough, in helping find me what I was looking for. She had the knowledge to show me what was an option for me. I am from Connecticut and Curry's is an 1.5 hours away and well worth the ride. She was absolutely great, no pressure and let us make the decision on what we wanted to do. My brother had bought a new 2019 rogue 2 weeks prior to my purchase. He also had Cassidy as a sales lady, and I can see how he was so pleased, I knew I would be in good place to make a deal. Thank you very much. Curry Nissan will be my ONLY dealership to do business with. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted with respect and friendly smiles. New car Everyone was great including Mike the Finance Mgr. (my kids really liked him). Unfortunately, although my interaction with Fitz was limited, my brief Everyone was great including Mike the Finance Mgr. (my kids really liked him). Unfortunately, although my interaction with Fitz was limited, my brief interaction with him the day I came in to purchase the car he left me with perhaps not wanting to return for services and/or recommend anyone to the dealership. I clearly made a mistake in my calculation, which I owned up to - Fitz in front of my kids was a bit condescending and intimidating to the point where I thought it was better to cancel the whole car deal, per his suggestion - which we did but the urging of my kids, I went forward with the deal (I spent the day with the banks and insurance to guarantee I get the car that day since it was the end of the month and pressure was put on me to buy the car that day otherwise I would have lost the Nissan rebate per Bobby); Fitz was truly unkind in handling my dilemma or my calculation mistake - he was a bit rough - not how I wanted my experience to go and not how I wanted to be treated in front of my kids … my kids were upset and felt bad for me - nevertheless, Fitz had a job to do, I get it, but perhaps a bit of "listening ears' and a bit of "compassion" especially when you have a family in front of you would have been nice (Fitz truly believe I wanted him/dealership to pay for my mistake, I didn't but it would have been nice to be offer a solution then suggestion to cancel the deal). All in all, I am happy with my purchase. More
