Won't Go the Extra Mile Purchased certified used 2015 Suburban LTZ with mileage in low 30s. Issues were to be fixed before vehicle pickup. Items on list were not properly r Purchased certified used 2015 Suburban LTZ with mileage in low 30s. Issues were to be fixed before vehicle pickup. Items on list were not properly repaired and required return visits. Dealer penny wise and pound foolish. A perfect example that the dealer was required by GM certification to replace two tires before resale. Third was deemed defective after sale and also required replacement. Rather than replace two tandem tires, they replaced only the one, leaving three new and one with 50% or less tread on one side. Vehicle was returned recently for recall. One year extended certified warranty expired by term but not by mileage one month earlier. Requested dealer readdress recurring issues not properly repaired previously and was told by Lindsey who called for recall service they would "work warranty coverage out." Service manager decided against even though dealer's out of pocket would have been minimal. Vehicle appears to have been in rear end collision not disclosed or appearing on certification paperwork. More

Certified Per-owned Buick Encore 2016/ Win Kelly/ I was please and got a good deal on my Buick Encore in 2017. The previous owner had it for a few months and wanted to trade it in for a Premium Model I was please and got a good deal on my Buick Encore in 2017. The previous owner had it for a few months and wanted to trade it in for a Premium Model. She had put a lot extra warranty on the car that was transfer to me. It is a sport model encore. Engine Light On Easy to make an appointment with the Corvette specialist. Dropped it off Sunday afternoon and chatted with Cassie & Bryan. Spark plugs had corroded an Easy to make an appointment with the Corvette specialist. Dropped it off Sunday afternoon and chatted with Cassie & Bryan. Spark plugs had corroded and I was back on the road Tuesday. Great professional service at a fair price. Will use them again. More

You can't beat their service hours, easy of scheduling, and Cassie (sp) is an EXCELLENT service rep. All of our maintenance to date has been flawless....fixed right the first time and the car returned 'clean as a whistle'. Been very happy with WK ! ! More
