Kyle Crow at Klaben Ford was ready for our appointment when I showed at the dealership. He was prepared to show, test drive, and answer questions about the car which I had an interest. He prepared a deal in a friendly and effective way, and we worked it to a good conclusion. Cassie, a newbie, helped and was very pleasant. Justin completed the paperwork.
