Had oil changed on my jeep sat 6/7/2025 at Hollywood Chrysler Jeep a week or so after service my husband noticed the vehicle leaking a lot of oil all over our driveway , when my husband checked it he fo Chrysler Jeep a week or so after service my husband noticed the vehicle leaking a lot of oil all over our driveway , when my husband checked it he found that the oil cap was never put Back by the Tech after the service was done he also found the cap itself lodged in the Fan Cowling , needless to say there was motor oil sprayed all over the engine and under the hood , and all over our driveway and the jeep was exactly 1.5 qts low on Oil …. He also checked the oil Plug itself and found the Plug was only finger tight Someone definitely dropped the Ball on this service . Thankfully the engine wasn’t damaged by this … we had to have the engine & the driveway cleaned , next time I will def have my Husband check the vehicle right after having the Jeep serv again .. at Hollywood Chrysler . I received a coupon from Dodge for a discounted oil change, but when I arrived at the service center, I was told the discount wouldn’t be honored.
