You pull in to the service lane. No one greets you. No direction. No help. Staff literally made eye contact with me and proceeded to look back down at their phones like I didn’t exis No one greets you. No direction. No help. Not even like I was a walk in. Always have a terrible experience with this dealer. The initial guy Steve was so awful that eventually a separate provider walked up to step in and assist.
