Had to go to the dealership in order to get my oil changed. Reason being that the oil pan plug was stripped and other services like jiffy lube would not do the change due to the plug being stripped. W changed. Reason being that the oil pan plug was stripped and other services like jiffy lube would not do the change due to the plug being stripped. Was then charged for the stripped plug even though no oil changes had been done up to this point. Which now makes me weary of what other shoddy service was done on the initial inspection to get the car out on the floor to be sold. More

I went to fix a flat tire and check pressure sensor in the wheel as it was not working. It took WEBB 2 hours to find a puncture on the side wall of the tire and ask me if I am OK to replace it as it is no the wheel as it was not working. It took WEBB 2 hours to find a puncture on the side wall of the tire and ask me if I am OK to replace it as it is not repairable. I had to wait another 3.5 hours and ask what it takes so long before WEBB told me that pressure sensor also needs to be replaced as it is broken. My appointment was at 2:15 PM, I left dealership at 8:20 PM. Extremely slow service and overpriced. Overprice is somewhat expected at any dealership location, but such long time for simple service is not acceptable. More
