I had a 715 appointment for an inspection. I did not hear back until almost 8 hours later (I called a couple times and I was told it wasn’t ready). I was told I’d get an email two times with m I did not hear back until almost 8 hours later (I called a couple times and I was told it wasn’t ready). I was told I’d get an email two times with my estimate and I never did. They also wanted to charge me $566 for my radiator when I could go buy it from the parts department myself for $441 per the Chevrolet website. Their inspection fee was also $29 more than a different dealership 15 minutes away. Overall Frustrating experience. More
