When we arrived we were greeted by Cesar and taken to see the Genesis, it did not disappoint! The vehicle was much nicer with more features than expected. My wife and I both test drove the car and Cesar was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. Once inside the beautiful facility we were introduced to Sonny who was amazing from start to finish. He worked out a wonderful deal with us and we couldn’t be more satisfied with both the beautiful Genesis we drove him in or the wonder service we received! Great Service Called to say I was coming next day and was taken right away. Was out in less than 2 hours for service and checking for blown fuses.. Car was washed. Service advisor Joel was so polite and pleasant - he even noticed email address in my records was wrong. That is why I never received these surveys - to say how good the service has been the past 3 years. I go to Puente Hills Hyundai rather than other dealerships closer to home be I am treated so well.
