I felt comfortable and she was very helpful during the test drive of a new car. I had a 2004 so there has been many updates and improvements and she helped me to not be overwhelmed with it all. Cesar was also very helpful- he went over the trim options which made it easier to know which model I wanted. Brittany is honest and understanding. The process is long but she made it as comfortable as possible. Everyone at Valley Honda has been kind and helpful. I will be going back for service in the future. My buying experience was good. The dealership is very well equipped with tons of sales people. I did not have to wait much to view cars and my salesperson Cesar was never pushy. Everyone here was nice and corteous, even the finance guy who tried , like they all do, to upsell us on warranties and such. Even though at times they are so nice that their interest can be a bit over the top and comes off kind of disingenuous, but that is the way of their work. The vehicle inventory was large and it was easy to find our vehicle. The dealership is very clean and has a good calm atmosphere. Finance was a bit complicated but that was probably due to my own personal unique set of circumstances. In the end though, I did receive a great interest rate on my civic. Overall it was quite good. Better than expected. My salesperson Cesar was great, 5 stars. And the dealership was good with 4 stars. I do recommend. More
