Cesar is a total Pro, super professional, courteous, and a thoughtful listener. Even when we stepped down a trim level, he kept the higher priced Pilot in the conversation, but was never pushy trying to get us back up to the higher priced vehicle. So, with no hassle, Cesar was able to put together a great deal for us in about 3 hours total: 1 visit, 2 email, and 2 phone calls and the deal was done. We were back the following day and we were signed, sealed, delivered and out the door with a brand new SUV. I felt comfortable and she was very helpful during the test drive of a new car. I had a 2004 so there has been many updates and improvements and she helped me to not be overwhelmed with it all. Cesar was also very helpful- he went over the trim options which made it easier to know which model I wanted. Brittany is honest and understanding. The process is long but she made it as comfortable as possible. Everyone at Valley Honda has been kind and helpful. I will be going back for service in the future.
