Everything up to the delivery was taken care of through email which saved a lot of time. Cesar always replied in a timely manner to the questions I had. Cesar even made himself available on his day off if I had any further questions. I did not receive that kind of response from other sales people from other dealers. Pricing was also right where I was looking to buy. Additionally they gave my dad a good deal on a new key for his Honda and took care of a recall on his car while we worked on getting the final paper work done. The buying process was an all around great experience. More

Another awesome experience at Valley Honda Billy and Cesar were great to work with while purchasing our minivan. Billy was not at all pushy with the add on items but very knowledgeable and informative. It was a unique situation because I was downgrading my 2014 oddessy to a 2012 to save money. Billy, and everyone else involved in my deal, Cesar, James and Mario were all sensitive to the situation and made it happen. I couldn't be happier with my deal and my new "old" van!! If I were ever to it but another Honda which I plan to for my daughter I will definitely go back to Valley and request the same team! Thank you all so much! And lastly our sales person, Katie who sold us the 2014 Odyssey was also amazing and congratulations to her on her promotion!!! More
