I originally submitted a requested online to purchase a new Suburban. The person I spoke with set up an appointment and provided me with the basic I needed about the new vehicle. Dealership was slow with completing financing and paperwork. Was supposed to have my paperwork ready so I could get in and out quickly since I drove 13 hours from where I live to purchase the car. When looking car over before purchase and found curb rash through the paint and into the plastic on the front splitter and asked if they could do anything like take a little money off so that I could get it fixed since I was told before coming that the car was in perfect condition and the area that was damaged seemed to be recent and was told sorry, but since the car was discounted for me already that they couldn’t do anything for me. So since I drove that far I wasn’t able to do much about it so I accepted it with the damage since the car was in great condition otherwise. Overall a good dealership, just wish those couple of things could’ve been better. My salesman was great and was the reason the deal was able to get done and the reason I stayed to complete the deal after being held up for so long. More
