Kim was amazing to work with and went above and beyond for my wife and I. She made the truck buying experience easier for us and it was certainly the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. We told her what we needed and she did her absolute best to make it work. We also have a 1 year old that we had to bring with us, so she was able to complete as much possible beforehand to make the in person process easier. I would give her 10 stars if it could. If you’re going to Pine Belt make sure you ask for Kim! More

Ceaser was great he sold me my first car and sold me this car as well. He is always pleasurable to be around and always makes you feel welcome. Wheb the deal was too expensive we postponed for a day and was going to try it again w8th different lenders but he called me.on my way home and told me the deal was approved for the terms I wanted so I came back and Ceaser stayed late to help me finalize my sale! Not sure where to begin on this survey this had to be one of the worst buying experience's I ever had (the previous title was a Nissan dealership in Keyport NJ) The salesman Cesar shouldnt be selling cars EV of the worst buying experience's I ever had (the previous title was a Nissan dealership in Keyport NJ) The salesman Cesar shouldnt be selling cars EVER !!!! It started with him promising 0 % financing on the truck, to telling us that the truck wasnt completed and thats why there were no carpets in the truck. So after some research and asking a lot of questions it was determined that this is GMs work truck and the Vinyl floor matts that were in the truck were correct. So i was looking for a car for my wife and Cesar strikes again telling me that we could get the car for no money down and 400.00 a month this was for an equinox and he also said the same for a traverse dam i should asked for a Corvette. We went inside and the finance manger Jared stepped in and everything drastically changed from what Cesar had said and we felt like we were lied to (we were). The inerest rate came in so high which again we told we would get the interest free financing. We said forget it and then Jarred came in and got the interest rate to 2.9% since GM set the bar so high for the interest free financing and it was for 48 months which didnt work for us. Unfortunately Jared had to come in with the mop bucket to try and clean up Cesar's dam mess. There wasnt much he could do to make it better but he did try. Before I even did this survey I gave them chance when I spoke to the sales manger Kewsi and explained what happened they offered to make it right by taking care of something the truck needed and i was ok with that. Two days later Kewsi calls me late in the day I might add and told me he and the GM spoke with Cesar and then the accused me of doing the survey so they could get out of the little deal they made with me. I dont expect anything except people to provide good quality service and honor their promises and this is something (other than Jared) this dealer ship can not do. While I believe there are a lot of top quality salesman there who are very competent in their jobs i find management isnt they just blow smoke to get what they want. Now there service department hands down awesome More
