Thank you I have been talking off and on with Chad during this Covid-19 time and he contacted me when he got a few X3's in and I decided to come in on May 9th. I have been talking off and on with Chad during this Covid-19 time and he contacted me when he got a few X3's in and I decided to come in on May 9th. Chad took care of me from beginning to the end . We checked out all situations from X3 to cars until we found what would work for me. I just wanted to express my gratitude toward him and his patients during that time. For the most part I think car people deserve the bad reputation the have. It seams like you always find something shady after the deal is all done. Maria is the reason we connected with our friend and new sales associate Chad Allard. Chad answered all of our questions quickly and effectively. When we returned on Thursday the bar quickly got rolling and we became owners of a 2020 X5. Having all the numbers come together with financing was a breeze making this one of our easiest and most enjoyable car buying experiences.
