Laken treated me very well. He was there for me throughout the whole process. If I had a question he answered it, if I had a concern he addressed it. The only thing I am disappointed in was I asked the finance guy for an interest rate and Laken ended up just sending me a monthly payment number and all I want was the rate I already had the monthly payment. When I came to pick up my 2nd key fob the asked if I wanted my truck washed which I thought was very good service. More
