I just purchased my 2nd BMW from Lauren. She was very responsive to all my questions. The over all transaction was very easy and fast. On delivery day it took all of 30min to sign the pape She was very responsive to all my questions. The over all transaction was very easy and fast. This is my second BMW purchase through him, both times he worked really hard to make sure I got the best rates, my experience was great and I was completely satisfied. We are already preparing for another vehicle in a couple months. Ian will forever be my Sales Associate for as long as he’s at BMW. I also want to say Chad the sales manager work really hard on my behalf as well for my BMW 760. Between Ian and Chad I couldn’t ask for better gentleman to work with on my new purchase.
