After work he arranged for a ride to bring me back to the dealership. When I arrived, my car was repaired and washed! When I called mid-day to ask a question, Scott was not available, but another service agent happily assisted me. A representative from Audi even called me the next day to ensure I was completely satisfied. Prices are reasonable and the staff are great! More

The dealer had to keep my car for several weeks and when I got it back, there was damage to the windshield protection film on the windshield. Initially, I reviewed the damage with the service manager and sa I got it back, there was damage to the windshield protection film on the windshield. No one ever contacted me again, even after two attempts on my part to contact the service manager. So now, I have a hold in my windshield protection film that some how occurred with the dealer was in possession of the car with no communications on a solution! More
