The dealer had to keep my car for several weeks and when I got it back, there was damage to the windshield protection film on the windshield. No one ever contacted me again, even after two attempts on my part to contact the service manager. So now, I have a hold in my windshield protection film that some how occurred with the dealer was in possession of the car with no communications on a solution! More
