From the time I stepped onto the Audi Gilbert lot to buy my Q5 until this moment, I have been happily surprised by the care and great service I have received! Scott in service got my car taken care of that very day, He needed to keep my car for a few hours so he arranged a ride for me to get me to work. After work he arranged for a ride to bring me back to the dealership. When I arrived, my car was repaired and washed! When I called mid-day to ask a question, Scott was not available, but another service agent happily assisted me. A representative from Audi even called me the next day to ensure I was completely satisfied. Prices are reasonable and the staff are great! More
