My spouse and I were looking for a very specific truck and only found 2 that met our requirements with 100 miles of our house. Wh amazing experience! While one was much closer, the communication I received from Joe and his team was much more welcoming and I felt like it was worth the hour and 15 drive. They were transparent about the value of our trade and even took the time to take pictures of the options I wanted to verify before we came to see it. This is our now our THIRD suburban and I couldn’t be more happy with the deal. I believe I paying for a fair price and I appreciate transparency but it was the customer service and professionalism that took this experience to the next level. I had my 6 years old twins sons with me and Joe did his best to get the deal done as fast as possible. Thanks Nash Chevrolet. This is our second purchase and definitely not our last.
