My CRV got towed in - the team there called me and scheduled a date and time to look at it. My guy Chad was on top of it and let me know from the get to what was going on. Unfortunately, with 240k my scheduled a date and time to look at it. My guy Chad was on top of it and let me know from the get to what was going on. Unfortunately, with 240k my CRV had seen its last sales call with me. The team at Honda North is first class on my book. Thank you to everyone there ! More

Made an appointment on line for service. Chad was pleasant, but I was turned away because they did not have a rental car for me. Returned a week later. After service, I found leftover plasti Chad was pleasant, but I was turned away because they did not have a rental car for me. Returned a week later. After service, I found leftover plastic bits on the driver's side floor, and all the packaging trash from the parts they used in my trunk. Not impressed. My email to them about these things and was not answered. More
