It was a great day! We are thrilled to have purchased our certified Honda Odyssey. I stopped by Don Ayers last week and was quickly greeted by a kind salesperson who was We are thrilled to have purchased our certified Honda Odyssey. I stopped by Don Ayers last week and was quickly greeted by a kind salesperson who was not at all overbearing, Ty Preston. He was very thorough, and within minutes after leaving he sent me an awesome review video of the Odyssey I was interested in. Today he quickly made time for me to stop back in, he spent much of his day with me from going on a test drive, showing me so many of the van's features to giving balloons to my daughters. The team of people who helped me today went above and beyond to be sure to meet my needs and wants for a new family van that fit within our budget. Everyone was very knowledgeable, professional and so friendly. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with the staff at Don Ayers and the satisfaction of knowing I got an excellent new van for the best possible deal. No gimmicks, no hidden fees, no pushiness, no nonsense. I will reccomend everyone I know to this dealership. More

He explained the extended warrantee in a way even I could understand. My husband is a 30 year navy man who spent 20 years in naval construction and 10 years in spec ops. He was impressed by Caleb and his knowledge. Everyone at Don Ayres was friendly and helpful. I will deal with Don Ayres again. More

Great Car Buying Experience - Long Distance Purchase I am proud to be submitting this review as a customer all the way from Huntsville AL. We recently purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2015 Honda CR-V Tou I am proud to be submitting this review as a customer all the way from Huntsville AL. We recently purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2015 Honda CR-V Touring AWD from Don Ayres Honda in Fort Wayne Indiana. After playing hardball and getting nowhere with an overly cocky dealership in our area over an almost identical car, we decided to expand our search to a wider area and take our business somewhere else. Shortly thereafter we came across the CR-V at Don Ayres. When my fiancée called about the car she was treated with courtesy and respect – Exactly The Way A Potential Customer Should Be. Chad Oberlin, the Sales Consultant who assisted us, answered all of our questions about the car in a straight forward and timely manner. Even though we were hundreds of miles away, he still gave us the same level of attention and provided us with the same degree of outstanding service as someone who walked into the dealership in person. He was knowledgeable about the features and condition of the car and provided us with all the additional pictures and video we requested to feel comfortable about a long distance purchase. When the time came to discuss the price of the car, there was very little hardball played. Chad never attempted to provide us with misleading information or blow us smoke to justify an unfair price. When we finally reached a deal, Chad Oberlin and the Sales Manager Carlo Borg handled all the details of the purchase transparently and in a way that allowed us to feel comfortable even though we were buying a car from so far away. At the end the day we purchased the car at a Competitive Price and had a FAR better dealership experience than anywhere else we looked. A few weeks have now passed I can still honestly say we are Satisfied with the price we paid for the CR-V and we are Extremely Happy with our purchase. Thank you Chad Oberlin and Carlo Borg for a Positive car buying experience! I will happily recommend Don Ayres to anyone from my area looking for a new car. There are several others like us who would rather travel a few hours to get a fair deal on a great car rather than accept getting ripped off by the dealership down the street.
