A salesman named Erick Santiago came to greet us and showed us the minivan. He was very friendly, warm, and open. He got us the plates and keys for a test drive. We returned to the dealership and were greeted warmly. Erick Santiago was friendly, warm, informative, and made us feel right at home. He answered all our questions professionally and courteously. He was easy to talk to. He is definitely perfect for his job. A born salesman. Chad Piefer in finance was also very friendly, warm, and very informative. He made sure we understood everything well and had no unanswered questions. Very professional.
