Went for service on Thursday 6/23/22. Chad Soares gave an overview of the work to be performed and asked if I had any additional concerns. I was provided with a nice loaner vehicle. On Friday, 6/24 Chad sent me an initial inspection video taken by the service tech before service. This was a nice feature. Received a message from Chad Friday afternoon that the vehicle was ready. Great, two days early! Top marks for Chad and all the service personnel. More

Diagnosis of problems proved correct (the first time). Customer rep was fantastic…courteous, supportive, good listener, responsive with regular updates given.
