I have know Ms. Enza Comito since I first purchased my car back in 2002 and she has always been "My Rock" through Customer Service. Because of her I have never ever had any difficults problems with this car back in 2002 and she has always been "My Rock" through Customer Service. Because of her I have never ever had any difficults problems with this Accura Dealership. This is one of the reasons, why I travel so far for service. Of all of the Representatives, that I have encountered, she is the one that I alsways prefer. I work in customer service also and I have taken some of her skills back to my place of business. Mr. Chad Tammaro is also an excellent Representative and explains any questions that I have regarding my service. They are both excellent, excellent employees. More

I've been dealing with Rallye Acura for the past 8 years and have found them to be the most professional and friendly dealership not only with the sales department, but also with the service department. Cha and have found them to be the most professional and friendly dealership not only with the sales department, but also with the service department. Chad Tammaro has been the serivce adviser for my wife and myself over the years and have nothing but positive feelings for the way he has treated us. He's extremely respectful and cooperative and very much wants to please us. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family without reservation. More

Chad was great. The service was prompt and as expected. My only complaint, and it's minor, is that when I opened my hood to look at my engine, there were leaves in wells that had not been removed by the me My only complaint, and it's minor, is that when I opened my hood to look at my engine, there were leaves in wells that had not been removed by the mechanic. I never look under the hood as a general rule, but when I opened it the leaves were everywhere. This should have been cleaned out. More

What a pleasant experience. Even though I have leased vehicles for over 25 years, I do not, ever, bring it to have it serviced at the dealer unless I have no choice and have done so only if the repair ha vehicles for over 25 years, I do not, ever, bring it to have it serviced at the dealer unless I have no choice and have done so only if the repair had to be covered by the dealer. Why? Because generally, despite whatever you are promised by the sales person when you purchase your vehicle about the quality and ease when bringing in your car for service, quite frankly never materializes. To really know what kind of dealer you are going to do business with, all you have to do is go to their service department and sit there for 20 minutes and see where the level of service stands, and you will quickly see customers complaining, arguing or getting the run-around and then you will really know what you are getting yourself into. As soon as I pulled in I was waiting behind another car that was unocuppied behind a sign that said "wait for attendant", so I waited a few seconds and a salesperson was coming out to check out a vehicle, and although not his job, and knowing that I was not going to purchase a vehocle since I was driving a new one, noticed me and asked me if someone was taking care of me. I said no and he hussled pto the servoce area and got me someone. First good sign. Once inside, Chad was so proffesional, that smply there are no words to describe how pleaseant it was. They serviced my car within the time frame that they said and I just waited in their excellent waiting area that, is NOT hidden behond a long corridor far away from their showroom floor, NO... It is right in the middle of it, so if anyone has a problem, all of the showroom floor would notice and reallize what kind of a dealer they are. Second good sign. This was the best, fastest, hassle free experience that I received. I will no longer shop around for prices for breakes, cabon filters, etc, and I will no longer discard the service special coupons that I always throw away fearing a negative experience at this dealer as I have had in several places before. Definitely will try to lease next vehicle once this lease ends there and will bring in for service, even though is far and inconvenient from home. Thank you Chad, and everyone that works there. More

It has been an absolute pleasure getting the car serviced at the dealership for the past few years now. I have been working with Chad Tammaro for the past 4 years and between him and Enza, I have no worries at the dealership for the past few years now. I have used this dealer for service since purchasing my Acura TL (2004). I am always treated courteously and with a friendly attitude. Enza is a longtime favorite of mine. As you can see, I have had interaction with many of the people at Rallye. I brought my MDX in for software update. Chad Tammaro was so professional, he took care of me right away even though I did not have an appointment. Their quick service impressed me so much. While they were taking care of my car, I was waiting at the waiting room which was awesome. They had I-pad, tv, coffee machine. It felt like I was home just relaxing. These guys are awesome. Enza and everyone at Rallye have been a pleasure to work with. I purchased a 2012 TL and leased a MDX and my wife and I love them both. They are the best cars we have ever owned.
