Chad the only reason I drive 40 minutes for service Ever since the first encounter with Chad at Rallye Acura, it has been nothing but a pleasure. He is top notch professional and takes pride in working with Acura. Chad takes the time to speak to each customer and never rushes anyone, each question is answered and each concern is addressed. In my experience Chad has explained every little thing on my work order down to the complimentary car wash, he always take his time to come outside with me to make sure my car service is complete explaining each item one at a time. Professional, courteous and relaxing experience, as usual. Inspection and oil change. Done right the first time. Purchased two new cars since 2003. Very. Pleased with both. Last-minute appointment with fast service I noticed that my headlight was out over the weekend and spoke to Chad Monday morning. Great service. This is my second Acura. The first was purchased at Acura of Westchester and the second at Rallye.. Both sales and service beat out Acura of Westches This is my second Acura. Loaners are available without a week or more notice and not enough can be said about Chad Tammaro (service advisor). Look up fine customer service and there's a picture of him right next to it. 17 years of great service First bought and serviced an Acura from Rallye in 2000 when Mike Denfeld, whom I know as Dr. House, was my first Service Advisor. I have owned only A First bought and serviced an Acura from Rallye in 2000 when Mike Denfeld, whom I know as Dr. House, was my first Service Advisor. I have owned only Acuras since 1988. He sometime later got a promotion and was a tough act to follow (see my review). Chad Tammaro took over as my Service Advisor and I have maintained 100% confidence I am still getting the best possible service. Enza Comito came aboard at some point and took that up a notch or 2. Both my wife's and my Acuras' have consistently been maintained in perfect running condition which is my expectation from Dealer service. More
