Gene stepped in and spent a very long time helping me out, which was very much appreciated. They also have a very impressive drivetrain warranty of 30 years and 300,000 miles on their new cars! Customer service was great but after picking up the vehicle from getting the transmission replaced. On the way home the transmission started overheating. They replaced the part that was causing the iss vehicle from getting the transmission replaced. On the way home the transmission started overheating. They replaced the part that was causing the issue but another problem was that the transmission fluid was overfilled as well. I think it’s ridiculous that I had to go behind a professional tech and show them proof that it was overfilled. More
