Their costumer service and professionalism is a fluke I bought a pre owned 2016 CLA 250 8 months ago. I never had a good experience at that dealership. Great car, I love it. However, I regret buying my Me I bought a pre owned 2016 CLA 250 8 months ago. I never had a good experience at that dealership. Great car, I love it. However, I regret buying my Mercedes at that location because of their costumer service and service in general. In my opinion, their professionalism was not what I thought it would be. An expensive item of mines got missing while my car was in service. A technician manager drove my car to check a squeaky noise my car had, while on the test drive he flew over a speed bump, and scrapped the front bumper lip. They then repaired only 50% of it. I had to protest a second time to get it repaired 100%. I had previously brought the car in to fix a panel under the car that was scrapping the street. They never said anything to me, if they fixed it, if they didn't, it's like I took the car in for the xxxx of it. They didn't even have a service report for it. An employee there, Erika Pineda, had sent me an email, you know one of those emails where I get the chance to give nay feedback I'd like. I replied to the email with my concerns and yet never got a call or a reply back. I basically got ignored. So with all this being said, in MY experience their costumer service and professionalism is really below average. Be aware of this place, I might sound like I'm complaining a lot but this is base on my horrible experience with them. Although there are a lot of 5 stars ratings here it's not always the fair truth. I don't tend to give this type of feedback or any feedback at all, but, I just had to this time. More

Good buying experience Mehdi Saidane, my sales rep, made my buying experience quick and easy. Although I was purchasing a pre-owned non-Mercedes vehicle, Medhi handled every Mehdi Saidane, my sales rep, made my buying experience quick and easy. It was the best car buying experience i have ever had. I am 67yrs. old. I have been buying cars for a long times. I visited several Dealerships before I bought the Mercedes at Chambers. Keith Robinson was I am 67yrs. old. I have been buying cars for a long times. I visited several Dealerships before I bought the Mercedes at Chambers. Keith Robinson was one of the BEST salesperson I have ever dealt with. I was very impressed with him. I didn't feel pressured. He and Chadi made me feel very comfortable. I left the dealership feeling like I got the best deal. Keith's called me the day after I picked up the car to see if everything was ok. He told me if I needed anything or had any questions to contact him. While I was at Chambers, I had Hanover Benz dealership calling me offering more of a discount on a car. They told me they did not want to lose a sale to Chambers. The fact that Keith cut thru the nonsense of negotiating , the other offer wasn't important to me. In some of my past car buying experiences, I have walked out of dealerships to get the other offer. I have confidence that the Chambers dealerships do a good job taking care of their customers. I have experienced great Customer Service at the Lexus dealerships. More
