Incredible disservice to a 30 yr customer Dissatisfied w car bc of SMELL THEY Ford put on the rug of the car it smells so bad that I cannot drive. The car gives me immediate headache. My truck had an extended stay due to being there btwn the holidays and the multiple items being done. I think they did the best they could at the time.
