Incredible disservice to a 30 yr customer Dissatisfied w car bc of SMELL THEY Ford put on the rug of the car it smells so bad that I cannot drive. The car gives me immediate headache. If you had to bring it back to the dealer three times so far, the smell has still not been removed initially when looking at the car, the smell was not there on the day of pick up it was, but no one seems to know why. My truck had an extended stay due to being there btwn the holidays and the multiple items being done. I think they did the best they could at the time. My only advice would be to strengthen status follow up holidays and the multiple items being done. I think they did the best they could at the time.
