Had my 2019 zr2 in shop 4 times for same problem. Could not fix.told to live with it. I've purchased 11 vehicles from you since 2014,your staff,including G.M.were not very nice,very,very rude. I will never buy from FERMAN again much less any G.M. product. Don't get me wrong, you've got some extremely nice and helpful people there and in the past have always helped me above and beyond. But when I'm told where busy and we have to take care of all the other customers, just remember I'm also a customer. Plus,your G.M. is extremely rude. He dosen't doesn't want to hear about it.I will Never buy another chevolet again. I will also tell the people I know of FERMAN Chevrolet'S attitude after the sale. If they fixed my zr2, and acted civil all this could of been avoided. I will be trading in my Chevy's for another brand as soon as possible. Thank you. You've lost a life time CUSTOMER!!!!!! More
