I meet with Franco and explained to him what features I wanted. He found me quite a few GM trucks that meet my needs. I was interested in GMC Sierra at another Ferman dealership. There was no hesitation to have it transported. Once I completed the test drive I knew that I had found my next truck. It only took 28 hours from selection to agreeing on a price. Jay in finance was able to meet all of my financial needs and Chase in the sales department did everything he could to ensure this was my new brand of truck. Ferman Chevy is outstanding in their overall customer care. Franco, Jay and Chance are true professional's in the industry. I have no question that they will be our families brand and dealership of choice. More
