After looking at lots of cars online we decided to visit Ferman chevy of tarpon springs after a close friend recommended them. As we walked in we were warmly welcomed by chance hatcher. He then introduced us to our salesman Luis Valentin. We started by sitting at his desk talking about needs and wants in a new vehicle. After that Luis patiently walked us around the entire car lot showing us many options new and used. Mr. Valentin was very knowledgeable with the features and options on all the cars we looked at. As Mr. Valentin showed us the 2018 chevy traverse my fiancé fell in love with all the safety features and extras the SUV had. Mr. Valentin then said to me "josh I have something for you" as he showed us the 2018 chevy traverse redline edition in black, I then fell in love with the suv. Now that we found the SUV we had been looking for Mr. Valentin invited us back to his office to start the buying process, which I might add was the smoothest one we've ever done. After that we met with chance again and he gave us a no haggle price on the SUV, the deal was too good to pass up. Once we agreed on the price and we're sent to the finance manager the rest of the car buying experience was as smooth as the paint on our new traverse haha! More

Over the past 25 years I've probably purchased over 30 cars. I have a lot of dealer experience. Maybe 10 of the last 12 of them came from Ferman here in Tarpon Springs. Ferman has always appreciated my business and made the buying process simple and friendly. They respect my position and when they think I might be making an error in judgement they suggest I consider another approach. In other words they help me make the best decision for me. These folks are one of the most knowledgeable people selling cars that I know. Really refreshing and provides a great deal of comfort. When a dealer is always competitive in the market, it makes my life easier. You feel welcomed here. I've bought from Audi, BMW, Mercedes, and Porsche during the time frame I referenced. I never was welcomed with the level of comfort I get a Ferman. Ferman stays in touch with me and knows me when I walk in. But I've seen them do that to a lot of people. To sum this up they are nice, honest and do just about everything they can to treat me right. I won't go anywhere else and I now live in western NC and I still buy cars at Ferman. Ask for Franco because he knows the cars inside and out. And he's a good guy. He'll introduce you to Chance and Robert who are both high on my list as well. More
