Recently I bought a 4Runner and it definitely was not the best process with the salesman. I had issues with sound from the start and salesman didn't seem to care. At least that was my impression. He even offered to buy us dinner for the inconvenience and never followed though. I even tried calling the sales manager and never heard back...2 stars for that guy. I went into service and met Bradley H. He is absolutely AMAZING!! He understood my frustration; he showed extreme empathy and did everything possible to fix the situation. He apologized for the salesman's misinformation and understood how mad I was having to drive up there 3 times in a week. Bradley and Chandler are the only reason I will recommend this dealership. More
