Chantelle reached out to get my car in for an oil change, I also had an issue with my horn. She let me know it would be in for a couple of days and let me know when a loaner car was ready. So yes and no. I wanted to switch my insurance because they raised my rate for no reason 150 percent increase and i wanted it done by a certain time.
